At Window Screen Guys, we take pride in providing top-quality screen solutions and outstanding customer service for every home and business we serve. As a locally owned and operated company, our reputation is built on trust, craftsmanship, and care.
We stand behind our work and want every customer to feel confident in their investment. That's why Window Screen Guys offers a limited one-year warranty on workmanship for all completed services, plus an extended 5-year warranty on our screen frames.

Workmanship Warranty
1 Year
This warranty begins on the date your project is finished and applies to the original purchaser only. It is non-transferable. If you ever have a concern about the quality or workmanship of your installation, please reach out to Window Screen Guys within one year of your project's completion. Our team is committed to assessing and resolving any workmanship-related issues quickly and professionally.
Frame Warranty
5 Years
We also warranty our screen frames for up to 5 years from the date of installation against bending or breaking under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by storms or severe weather, impacts or accidents, pets, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Manufacturer Defects
Examples of manufacturer defects include mesh that tears or separates straight out of installation, or a frame that arrives warped from the factory.
If you notice a manufacturer defect within the first 15 days of installation and provide proof (photos, description, or the issue itself), we will repair or replace the affected material or product at no cost to you. Hardware failing immediately is not covered under this 15-day provision. Beyond 15 days, product defects may still be covered under the manufacturer's own warranty—we're happy to provide manufacturer warranty information upon request, and our team will help facilitate that claims process with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Solar Screen Fabric Warranty (Textilene®)
15 Years — Twitchell Technical Products, LLC
Textilene® 80, Textilene® 90 and Textilene® 95 brand fabrics are covered by a 15-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects of workmanship and materials, and/or excessive loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, rot, mildew, or atmospheric chemicals that might render it unserviceable. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the material.
The warranty is void if the product has been subject to damage, neglect, unreasonable or improper use or care, exposure to corrosive chemicals, accidents, vandalism, acts of God, or other causes not arising from defects in original material or workmanship.
In the unlikely event the fabric fails during the warranty period, Twitchell will issue a credit or replace the fabric at their discretion. A copy of the original purchase order must accompany all warranty claims. Twitchell is liable for the cost of the fabric only and does not accept responsibility for any other costs associated with a specific application.
Any defects in fabric construction, color, strength, or dimension existing at the time of delivery must be reported within a reasonable period of time and before any fabrication or alteration of the fabric.
Proper care includes regular cleaning — at least twice annually for residential applications, and more often for high traffic areas.
Cleaning Instructions
To clean all Textilene® Brand Fabrics, sponge with a solution of one cup mild detergent with one cup household bleach in three gallons of water. Rinse thoroughly with clear water and air-dry completely. Treat any stains as soon as possible. Do not use any abrasive household cleaners.
What Voids This Warranty
This warranty does not apply if the issue results from DIY repairs, unauthorized modifications, or servicing performed by anyone other than Window Screen Guys.
Screens2Go Pickup & Disposal Terms
By paying the pickup and delivery fee, the homeowner or business authorizes Window Screen Guys to collect and dispose of their existing screens as part of the planned replacement with new screens. Once collected, the existing screens will not be returned. If the homeowner or business does not proceed with the purchase of new screens from Window Screen Guys, Window Screen Guys is not responsible for replacing or returning the screens collected and disposed of under this authorization.

Provide Documentation
Share your project details, including the date of completion, service address, and a copy of your invoice or receipt.
Describe the Issue
Let us know what the problem is and include photos or other supporting documentation if possible.
Allow Time for Review
Our team will inspect the issue and determine the appropriate next steps to ensure the matter is resolved properly.
